White wine fermented in stainless steel
Light yellow, clean, glyceric color. Wild flowers, orange blossom, basil, peach and apple memories,… Balanced in the mouth, acidity assembled, with a mineral touch and long drink.
Presentation in boxes of 6 units of 75 cl
Manual harvest on October 6th, 2018 in 10kg boxes. Selection in the field / Selection in the winery
Ageing on lees for 4 months
Paraje “Lavida”, at the top of Laredo (250m). Simple Guyot system in trellis. 17 years.
Soils. clay, with good retention of trace elements. calcareous rock subsoil affected by karst phenomena.
Climate. Average of 14ºC in the agronomic year 17/18. 2110 hours of sun. 680l/m²
Low temperature inox fermentation. Indigenous yeasts. No enzymes. No synthetic clarifiers. Low dosage of SO2 (32mg/l) to ensure storage in bottle
Bottled in February 2019. Vintage limited to 10.000 bottles
