Location of the vineyard in Laredo (250m). Guyot system in trellis. Strains of 19 years Soils. Clayey, with good retention of trace elements. Subsoil of calcareous rock affected by karst phenomena. Climate. Average of 14ºC in the agronomic year 17/18. 2110 hours of sun. 1319l/m2


Fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature. Local yeasts. No enzymes. No synthetic clarifiers. Low dose of SO2 (25mg/l) to ensure bottle storage


Bottled in October 2019. Limited to 333 bottles
