SUSTAINABLE VITICULTURE
Backing training – Cordón Royat. R-110. 16 years Cultivated at 1300m altitude. Complex soils Climate. Average of 14ºC in the agronomic year 16/17. 2760 hours of sun. 710l/m2 Production:+/- 2 Kg per plant
OENOLOGY
Fermentation in open tubs at low temperature. Indigenous yeasts. Aged for 12 months in 500 l French oak. Different toasted. Without enzymes or synthetic clarifiers. Low doses of SO2 to ensure its preservation in bottle (25mg/l). No filtered
