Red fruits, blackberries, ripe plum. Moca. Sweet tannins, spicy mouth, leather, benzenes. Acidity and glycerol present.
Vintage limited to 999 bottles.

HARVEST

Manual harvest on September 20th, 2017 in 10kg boxes. Selection in the field / Selection in the winery
Grape from a single plot called “el cerrado”. Mountain vienyard.

SUSTAINABLE VITICULTURE

Cultivated at 1300m altitude. Complex soils

OENOLOGY

Fermentation in open tubs at low temperature. Indigenous yeasts.
Aged for 12 months in 500 l French oak. Different toasted.
Without enzymes or synthetic clarifiers. Low doses of SO2 to ensure its preservation in bottle (25mg/l). No filtered
